Charlie Scott joined New Regional Planning in 2017, bringing with him a strong background in finance and a dedication to excellence. Raised in Madison, Mississippi, Charlie achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and gradu-ated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Managerial Finance and a minor in Psychology. As a key asset to the Ole Miss football team, where he played Fullback, Charlie developed a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
At New Regional Planning, Charlie specializes in leasing, land sales, and tenant representation. He has extensive experience in both Texas and Mis-sissippi markets. Charlie is part of a team of accomplished professionals who excel in all aspects of commercial real estate, including market research, property development, property management, and brokerage services.
