Focused primarily on the agency side, Charlie works on leasing and development instructions throughout the UK including London, Milton Keynes and Reading, as well as providing occupier advisory to a number of our retained clients including EE, M&S and Moss, both in their acquisitions and disposals. This gives him a broad understanding of both landlord and tenant requirements in a variety of different locations and schemes.
Originally from Edinburgh, Charlie joined FMX in November 2021 after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University. Whilst at university, Charlie undertook a placement at Sanderson Weatherall in the restructuring and recovery team, providing experience in agency and valuation. He is passionate for adaptability and sustainability within the retail sector.
