Joseph ‘Charlie’ Sullivan joined Savills in November 2017 as an ambitious office tenant representative. Out of the firm’s Philadelphia office, Charlie counsels clients throughout their commercial real estate transactions by utilizing market research and data knowledge, financial modeling and forecasting, client relation skills, transaction management and strategic planning. Alongside his teammates Tim Monahan, Elaine Marquardt and Perry Kaplan, Charlie provides advantageous services for companies within a broad range of industries including legal, energy, nonprofit, financial services and more.
Prior to working with Savills, Charlie interned for U.S. Realty Capital LLC where he gained foundational knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and began forming a dynamic skillset of client services that ensure a satisfactory transaction.
