In 2016, Charlissa earned the Corporate Award and became a member of the Honor Society. As this was her first year in real estate; she also earned Rookie of the Year and Best Marketing Plan Awards. The following year she earned another Corporate Award, President’s Circle, Gold Achievement Award and Rising Star with over $8.2 million dollars in sales volume. In 2018, Charlissa received the Platinum Achievement Award, New Homes Agent of the Year Award and reached the Chairman’s Circle Gold level with over $10.3 million in sales volume. In 2019, once again she received the Platinum Achievement Award, Chairman’s Circle Gold and Best Overall Personal Branding Award with sales volume over 13.6 million.
Charlissa ended 2020 with over 22 million dollars in sales dominating the Southeast real estate market.
