Prior to joining Avison Young, Chas was an Associate Director of Corporate Services at Cresa, where he specialized in tenant representation and corporate services. Mr. Simcox’s practice is national in scope representing corporate users with portfolios across North America. His 16 years of experience in the industry gives his clients best-in-class results with a proven process, national market experience and concierge level service. He is licensed in Minnesota and Florida and operates out of both the Twin Cities, MN and Southwest Florida.
