Chase Deuschle is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Service group focusing on Occupier/Tenant representation. As a native to South Florida, Mr. Deuschle delivers the strategic advantage of incorporating his comprehensive market intelligence and historic market data into his advisory services, while also providing a solid foundation built on national portfolio management and execution.
Leases: Mr. Deuschle has extensive experience in lease acquisitions and dispositions, renewal and restructuring, lease administration, and transaction support services for, both, local and national companies. His capabilities include developing and executing strategic real estate approaches designed to increase profitability and operational efficiencies, while maintaining client core values and ensuring employee wellness.
Sales: Mr. Deuschle has represented Fortune 500 companies in the acquisition and disposition of properties primarily located in urban in-fill markets. These strategies include redevelopments, assemblages, land swaps, and sale leasebacks
Since joining CBRE 11 years ago, Mr. Deuschle has completed over 5 million square feet and over $300 million in lease consideration throughout North America and over $200 million in sales acquisitions and dispositions.
Since joining CBRE, Mr. Deuschle has completed over 1.5 million square feet and over $100 Million in lease consideration throughout North America. Mr. Deuschle’s prior experience includes managing a national portfolio with a focus on value identification and process efficiency, particularly by consolidating real estate within the portfolio and reducing occupancy costs for continuing operations. Additional specialties include sale and leaseback, site selection, advisory services for distressed investment properties and portfolio restructuring.
