Bio
Chase is Senior Vice President of Investments and Strategy at Brookfield Properties’ development group. He joined the company in March 2017 to explore future strategic partnership and investment opportunities for mixed-use developments for a number of groups within Brookfield Properties and the broader Brookfield Asset Management organization. His current areas of focus are the Sports & Entertainment, Education & Medical and Corporate sectors.
Mr. Martin has over 18 years of full life-cycle real estate development and operating experience. He has worked across a variety of asset classes including Office, Retail, Hospitality, Residential and Master Planned Developments. Prior to joining Brookfield, he was Senior Vice President of Development and Alternative Revenue at The Cordish Companies. Prior to Cordish, Chase worked in consulting focusing on the Finance, Real Estate and Sports industries.
Chase is a member of various professional organizations including ICSC, ULI, and NAIOP, as well as personal organizations Kieve Wavus Education and the Calvert School.
