Bio
Chase was raised in Bristol, TN, and is the son of Brent and Pati Roswall. He graduated from Baylor High School in Chattanooga, TN in 2017 where his team won a state championship in golf. He then attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK) on a golf scholarship and obtained a degree in Finance in 2021. During his time at UTK, Chase did his first deal by renovating a 8,000 sq. ft. building into a bar, coffee shop, and car showroom in downtown Knoxville. He joined Interstate in 2021 as a Retail Consultant and Property Manager. His hobbies include golf, pickleball, and anything outdoors.
