Mr. Spence specializes primarily in industrial tenant and buyer representation, property disposition, design/construct, build-to-suit evaluations, development and investment transactions in the Houston area. He has more than six years of commercial real estate experience in the Industrial sector.
Mr. Spence is self-motivated and determined to take care of his clients however he can. Before joining Colliers, Chase was a broker at Cresa-Houston for four years where he was a consistent top producer. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Chase worked as a Project Manager in the construction industry in the Central Texas area, Houston and Austin.
