With an extensive background in law and as a licensed broker, Chaz Y. Lazarian, Esq. has obtained a successful career in the commercial real estate world as the managing director of Insignia, LLC. With a history of underwriting several loan opportunities, Chaz has acquired many useful & unique analytical skills. He has acquired several real estate projects where he acted as an owner, developer, & general contractor. Throughout his career at the bank, Chaz formed & successfully ran a title insurance agency as the president, and was integrally involved in the bank’s Community Development Corporation. With such experience & knowledge, he is able to utilize his loan underwriting, real estate development and general contracting skills at Insignia, LLC.
