With 3 years of civil engineering experience, Cherise Sedlock began her commercial real estate career with family-owned Pat Sedlock Commercial Real Estate. With a love of helping others and a "work hard, common sense approach" Cherise has been helping buyers and sellers make sound commercial real estate choices since 1982. With $110M+ transactions to date, she has had the privilege of helping her clients with a broad range of real estate needs, including estate portfolio disposition, self-storage, development and ranch land, multi-family, industrial and the disposition and acquisition of religious/education facilities. Cherise’s clients include estates, churches, investors, small business owners, families, homebuilders with commercial real estate needs. In 2011 Cherise was the first commercial broker to be honored with the Bob Bollier Sales & Marketing Award for outstanding contributions to homebuilders and the community by the Greater Kansas City Home Builders Association.
