Bio
Having a background in finance and a Master’s degree in Business Administration is key to assisting clients with investment properties and analyzing portfolios. Cheryl has expertise in all areas of commercial real estate and prides herself in working with a diverse client base.
In addition to working with retail, office and specialty clients, Cheryl works with investment clients ranging from sales and purchases of properties, to larger retail shopping centers.
Cheryl grew up in the Houston area and returned after several wonderful work opportunities abroad.
She earned her MBA from the University of Maryland. She is currently working on her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
