Cheryl Evans is a 30-year veteran in the area of Commercial real estate and property management. Throughout her distinguished career she has been responsible for managing and leasing over 3.5 million SF of commercial property. Ms. Evans began her career as a manager in Southern California in San Diego County and earned her Certified Property Management (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2000. Ms. Evans worked with Cushman & Wakefield, Legacy Partners and Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier Brokers and NAI Alliance during her career.
