I am a life long resident of Tuscarawas County and have been licensed since 1990. Because I believe in investing in real estate as well, I own rental properties, multi-family ,storage units, commercial properties. I would love to share valuable experience regarding the sale or purchase of the same. I also have extensive experience in the new construction business. Our family has been in commercial and residential construction for 35+ years. Due to our family owning a 221 acre farm and raising shorthorn cattle, I am also experiences in the sale and purchase of farm property. The Senior Housing Specialist, SRES, designation gives me a professional and understanding approach to the needs of seniors and the decisions that come with this monumental move. I enjoy working with the senior's families to come up with a plan to either help the senior make the next move or assist in advising how the senior can stay in place with modifications to their lifestyle and home. The VA loan program is one of my favorite programs. I consider it a privilege to relocate veterans and their families to our area or bring them back home.
