Real estate is my passion and my profession since 2013. I am committed to serving my clients’ needs and dedicated to creating the exceptional real estate experience you deserve.
As a Realtor® licensed in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine, whether you are looking for the perfect home to suit your lifestyle, or desiring to successfully sell your home, I carefully guide you through the process, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to buying and selling real estate. We apply my knowledge of local communities, market conditions, valuations, and pricing - leveraging my strengths to take advantage of the latest technologies - without losing sight of the fundamentals.
When buying… I will work with you to find and purchase the right home at the right price for you - including the features that matter - helping you to anticipate “what’s next” and to evaluate your options.
When selling… I will help you sell quickly for the highest price and with the best terms. Our initial consultation is critical in best presenting your home in your current market. As a real estate and a staging professional, I can help you make your home most attractive to the broadest audience of buyers.
From initial discussions to your successful closing and beyond - with the broad view down to the smallest details - I help you reach your desired destination.
Born in Washington, DC, having lived in Maryland, California, and Massachusetts, I moved to New Hampshire in 1985 and fell in love with the people, the communities and the history. As a microwave engineer, I loved the detailed work of designing microwave integrated circuits (BSEE, University of Maryland; MSEE Stanford University) and tapping the wealth of knowledge in New England's educational institutions. As a pilot, I enjoy visiting the small airports and towns in New England; and as a gardener I revel in the profusion of species, colors, and fragrances of plants that grow here. However, it is the people who make New England one of the best places to live; and the place I call HOME.
