Ms. Stein was twice nominated for the prestigious National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP) Chicago Office Transaction of the Year Award: 1) the purchase of a $17.5 million, 242,000 square foot office building with 25 acres of land for ADP, Inc''s regional processing office and 2) Cotter & Company''s $58 million, 185,000 square foot office headquarters lease at President''s Plaza near O''Hare.
