Cheryl Stewart is a co-owner and sponsoring broker of Property Connections and a resident of Matagorda County for 15 years. She moved to Bay City in 1996 to purchase two radio stations which she owned and managed for 6 years. After selling the stations, she began her career in real estate. She is committed to serving the community on many levels including a position as board member of The Bay City Community Development Corporation, The Bay City Historic Commission and the Personnel Committee and Finance Committee of First Presbyterian Church. She has marketed a variety of properties in South Texas including residential, commercial and farm & ranch. She credits her success to working hard to find the perfect property for her buyers and getting the most money for her sellers.
