Bio
Cheyenne began her real estate career as an intern for a real estate development company before joining Garito & Company as an Associate in 2015. She specializes in leasing, site acquisition & buyer/tenant representation. Since joining Garito & Company, Cheyenne has worked with national clients such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Express Oil, and Montessori School- as well as several local restaurant, retail & medical groups. Her past experience in restaurant management has allowed her to have a unique insight in to how a restaurant operates and thrives, and a deeper understanding of Florida’s retail and tourism markets. Cheyenne has received a degree from Valencia College in Business Management with a specialization in Real Estate Management, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
