Chon Kantikovit is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. While attending UCLA, Mr. Kantikovit pursued a BS in Molecular Cell Developmental Biology and specialized in Business Administration. Mr. Kantikovit was also a member of the UCLA Business and Pre-Med Society. Mr. Kantikovit specializes in the representation of North American based global corporations. In order to achieve clients’ goals, Mr. Kantikovit implements a client-centered approach in order to develop, plan, and execute real estate solutions. Mr. Kantikovit stresses the importance of fluid teaming such that the appropriate intellectual capital is brought to bear on each and every transaction. He has established a highly capable group of senior professionals who are skilled in the areas of transaction management, workplace strategy, sustainability, consulting services, project and facility management, lease administration, and complex financial analysis.
