Chris Bass joined CBRE’s retail advisory and transaction services team in 2022. Chris started his career with Hopkins Commercial Real Estate, managing over half a million SF of retail property throughout Dallas/Fort Worth. Chris’ excellent communication, lease negotiation, and management skills were quickly recognized by the firm, and he was promoted to V.P. of Property Management after just three short years in the business.
During his time at Hopkins Commercial, Chris renewed over 120 tenant leases providing excellent results for his Landlord clients. At CBRE, Chris has been able to leverage this experience to provide well-rounded service to Landlords and Tenants alike.
A Dallas native, Chris is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where he majored in Economics with Finance Applications. When Chris is not servicing his clients or researching the latest retail trends, you can find him running around Dallas with his Border Collie, or playing sports with friends.
