Chris started his career at PMB Development, a retail development firm based in Sonoma County, CA and has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including development, market analysis, budgeting, due diligence, site acquisition, entitlements, leasing, and investment sales. Chris has built a solid foundation of corporate clients through transactions past and present in part by consistently exceeding expectations. Chris is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, boating, hiking, archery and dirt bike riding in his spare time.
