Chris Butera joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 as an Associate with the Industrial Brokerage Group. Chris works closely with John Gartland and Jonas Skovdal in the Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey industrial markets. Representing both Tenants and Landlords and providing boots on the ground support throughout the region.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chris held internships with Brandywine Realty Trust and JLL.
