Chris Carmody is an Associate Director in the Retail Leasing Division at Eastern Consolidated, where he specializes in both Tenant and Landlord Representation within all five boroughs of New York City.
Prior to joining Eastern Consolidated, he was an Associate Representative with EAC Commercial at The Higgins Group based in Fairfield, Connecticut. There, he focused on both leasing and investment sales. In addition to working in real estate, Mr. Carmody has over 15 years of experience working in the construction and home improvement Industries. With this extensive knowledge, he is able to assist both landlords and tenants in identifying obstacles and offering guidance in order to achieve the full potential of each space.
Mr. Carmody graduated from the University of Connecticut, where earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics, concentrating in Marketing and Business Management. He is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
