Chris is passionate about auctions and the major benefits they provide for both buyers and sellers. Having started in an established residential estate agency in 1978 and then commercial agency he was fortunate to enter the world of property auctions in 1986. From the mainly professional market in the early days, auctions are now available to everyone, as seen on 'Homes under the Hammer' TV show. The best part of auctions is the long standing relationship with so many different buyers and sellers and the diverse range of properties.
