Chris Dempsey is a Transaction Manager with CBRE’s Global Industrial Services Group. Mr. Dempsey has extensive experience in lease acquisition/ disposition, renewal and restructuring as well as transaction support services for global manufacturers and logistics companies. His capabilities include lease negotiations, designing and implementing portfolio management strategies and leveraging lease and market data to maximize client value. Mr. Dempsey also provides financial, labor, market and transportation analysis services and modeling to maximize the value of his client’s real estate.
Mr. Dempsey’s prior experience includes the management of a national portfolio of 192 sales and distribution locations totaling 800,000 square feet with a focus on identifying value and process efficiency. He was successful in reducing the cost of real estate for the client by consolidating real estate throughout the portfolio reducing occupancy costs for continuing operations. Additional experience includes sale / leaseback, site selection, advisory services for distressed investment properties and portfolio restructuring.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Dempsey worked as a Transaction Advisor for UGL Equis in Atlanta providing advisory services to a diverse range of clients.
