Chris is the principal in charge of real estate management and brokerage and has an extensive background in each discipline. In addition to having real estate management experience, Chris has over twenty-five years of experience in general brokerage and in renewal leasing of office, retail, and light industrial property. Chris served nine years on the Board of Directors of the Oakland/East Bay Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and for seven years on the San Francisco Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) board.
