Chris Gadrix is a member of CB Richard Ellis' Global Corporate Services group. In that capacity, he is responsible for the coordination and implementation of "outsourced" real estate transactions for RBC Centura Bank, NCR Corporation, Scholastic Book Fairs Inc., and Venturi Staffing Partners. He orchestrates and provides consulting services, market analysis, research, transaction management, lease negotiations and financial analysis for these large corporate clients. Gadrix has over nine years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with transactions totaling more than 3.0 million square feet. He spent three years working on behalf of Lucent Technologies on various projects in the Southern Region. These projects have included build-to-suits, lease acquisitions, consulting assignments, and dispositions and lease reductions. Following the spin-off of Avaya, Inc. Gadrix spent two years performing the same duties listed above for Avaya's real estate department. Gadrix currently serves as the day-to-day interface for real estate services for NCR Corporation, Scholastic Book Fairs Inc., Venturi Staffing Partners and RBC Centura Bank (Metro Atlanta). Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis in 1997, Gadrix worked for John Hunsinger and Company, a prominent commercial and industrial real estate firm in Atlanta, GA. There he worked on office/warehouse acquisition and disposition assignments, including land dispositions on behalf of local and regional clients in locations throughout Georgia. The Atlanta Corporate Services group was recognized for their success in 2002 by receiving the CBRE National Team Production Award for outstanding performance. In 1996 Gadrix was inducted into the John Hunsinger & Company Roundtable Club for outstanding performance in revenue generating transactions. He is also an active volunteer at the Atlanta Food Bank. Gadrix is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He earned his BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Mississippi.
