Since joining Lee & Associates Charleston in October 2002, Chris has executed hundreds of lease and sale transactions representing both landlords, tenants and investors. Chris specializes in representing investors of single tenant investment properties.
In November, 2007 Chris earned his CCIM designation. Only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 com-mercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation.
