I have an absolute passion for everything having to do with real estate. I have delved in to everything I could in order to learn about houses, the home buying process and advising buyer clients as well as preparation and marketing of homes for seller clients. I take a consultative approach and listen to what is important to my clients so that I am properly able to advise and also go through the process in advance so that there are no surprises. I have been involved in many facets of real estate process myself; I have been a buyer, a seller, I have built and renovated houses. By being involved in all these areas I have a great appreciation for what my clients are going through and am able to give advice as a professional and as someone who has been in their shoes.
