Bio
Chris Masi is an Associate in JLL’s New Jersey Office. He focuses on leasing and sales activities in the Greater Tristate area and across the United States, with a primary specialty in occupier services.
Chris began his career at RKF, where he focused on retail leasing and investment sales. Prior to joining JLL, he was a Director at HFF. Some of his notable accomplishments include representing J. Press in its flagship lease at the Yale Club, the sale of Mackenzie Door’s headquarters at 72 Reade Street, and the sale of 1151 Third Avenue to Acadia Realty Trust. Since joining JLL in 2018, he has completed transactions on behalf of Lidl, Okamoto U.S.A., Dynamic Engineering Consultants P.C., Caroprese & Company, and Messineo Law. He is an agent for L+M’s 540 Broad Street and 50 Halsey Street in Newark, NJ.
