Chris Mathis serves as an associate director in Newmark’s Dallas office, where he focuses on providing customized tenant representation services for office and industrial users. Mr. Mathis is experienced in multiple facets of the commercial real estate transaction, including client account management, strategic planning, property optimization, consulting, site-selection, negotiation, and move-in. During his 10 years, he has negotiated office and industrial transactions with an aggregate value of $125 million throughout the United States.
Mr. Mathis has earned a strong reputation for his client-focused approach, which presents optimal, customized, strategic real estate solutions that aim to significantly reduce his clients’ occupancy costs. His demonstrated expertise in proactively handling complex transactions combined with his focus on cost effectiveness, timeliness and bottom-line results has earned him longstanding client relationships.
Mr. Mathis joined Newmark in 2018, upon the firm’s acquisition of acclaimed tenant representation firm Jackson Cooksey. Mr. Mathis began his career with Jackson Cooksey in 2013.
