Chris made the move to NYC way back in 1993, and loves sharing his personal experiences. Working since 2001 in Williamsburg and Greenpoint, Brooklyn, he knows the area like a native. Chris has seasoned insight into many of NYC’s diverse and wonderful neighborhoods, living on the Upper East Side, then Gramercy, Williamsburg, Greenpoint and now Astoria. Starting his career in residential real estate at a boutique brokerage firm, he soon branched out into sales and retail.
A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Chris grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and holds a B.A. in Musical Theatre. Spending time on stage as singer and dancer, he toured in Japan and is a veteran of Tennessee's Dollywood. His claim to fame: dancing on stage with Dolly Parton! With a father in the airlines, Chris once aspired to be a flight attendant, but that wasn't really a fit. So now he treats his real estate clients to first-class service at lower altitudes.
Chris enjoys learning about each of his clients, many relocating to New York, and their passions. “A well-made Manhattan is stirred and never shaken,” he says. “I'm passionate about this city and my work, and love playing tourist in my own town.”
