of 2002. Chris over 7 years of extensive Buyer–Tenant representation experience and has quickly established
a reputation for fairness with many reputable clients both locally and nationwide. In 2001, Chris earned his
Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM link here) from the CCIM Institute in Chicago,
IL. One of the most prestigious designations a commercial real estate broker can attain, there are less than
five (5%) percent of all practicing commercial brokers who have earned a CCIM designation. A North Carolina
native, born and raised in Winston–Salem, Chris has a strong understanding of the local, state and regional
market. He specializes in office, medical office, industrial and investment property transactions.
