Chris Riley is a member of the Atlanta Investment Properties Group with a primary focus on the sale of institutional investment properties on a national level. Riley, along with his partners Frank Fallon and Brad Rodgers, provides advisory services for both the disposition and acquisition of industrial, office/flex, and suburban office properties in multiple markets across the country.
During his career, Riley has been involved in the disposition and equity placement of over 50.0 million square feet of real estate properties with an aggregate value in excess of $2.5 billion.
The 18-year real estate veteran was most recently with the Trammell Crow Company where he was Principal and the National Industrial Practice Leader for the Investment Services Group. At Trammell Crow, Riley was involved in the procurement and sale of investment properties with a primary focus on industrial and suburban office properties. Additionally, he, Fallon, and Rodgers raised capital for development deals and assisted developer clients with the purchase of land tracts for development. As Industrial Practice Leader, Riley developed and executed strategies to enhance the platform and procure new business with top institutional clients. Prior to joining Trammell Crow, he was a Vice President with Carter.
Consistent market leaders, Riley, Fallon, and Rodgers have been ranked nationally as top producers for Trammell Crow and "Top-Five" Producers in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.
Riley is a licensed Georgia and North Carolina Real Estate Broker and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He is also a member and active in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Capital Markets II Board, and is a member of the Atlanta Country Club.
Riley earned a Master of Business Administration graduate degree in Finance from Emory University, as well as a Bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky.
