Mr. Wu is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and received his designation as a Certified Public Accountant in 1987. While forming his Real Estate Investment Company, Mr. Wu continued his education acquiring his real estate license in 1988 and his broker’s license in 1990. Seeing the need for professional management after the sale, Mr. Wu became active in the Institute of Real Estate Management. Through their educational programs and meeting the experience requirements, he became an Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM) in 1993 and a Certified Property Manager® (CPM) in 1994. After completing the necessary courses through the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, Mr. Wu became a Certified Commercial Investment Member® (CCIM) in 1996. During this time A A Realty Company continued to grow into one of the largest Asian owned Real Estate Management Companies in the greater Houston area. Through his leadership skills and educational background, Mr. Wu has developed Real Estate Company rich in Eastern philosophy and Western technology.
