Chris has over 21 years experience in real estate from new home construction, rehabs, redevelopment, investment sales and management and property management. Chris owned and operated Flat Fee Realty Services and Help-U-Sell partners in Gahanna Ohio where they specialized in Property Management and Investment Sales. He sold that company to one of the larger management companies in town. After spending some time in Africa working on gold and oil leases, Chris decided to come back and start again as it is what he loves to do. Chris has also worked as a project manager for Mid-Ohio Land Developers and Foxfire General Contractors.
