Real estate is probably the most important investment a family or an individual makes. Christian Moulin loves to help people set goals, create a strategy, and work together as a team to attain those goals.
Christian has literally traveled the world and lived in a lot of different countries. He was born in the south of France. but when he decided to settle down Christian chose Seattle because it's a great place to raise a family. The city and the outdoors so close together, the combination of a laid-back atmosphere, and growing economic opportunity have suited him well. This city creates an informal yet productive atmosphere. Christian Moulin has lived in Seattle since 1986 in Madrona.
Christian's educational experience includes University of Washington studies in Real Estate, Financial Analysis, the Real Estate Re-Owned Process, and Washington State Real Estate Law. He also received a degree in math and physics at the University of Lyon in France. Christian is licensed by the State of Washington for real estate; is a member of the King County Board of Realtors, Commercial Broker's Association (CIBA), the Council of Buyer Representatives (REBAC) and member of the Puget Sound Multiple Listing Association; member of the Franco American Chamber of Commerce. Christian Moulin is a broker in one of the largest real estate brokerages in Washington, specializing in the sale of residential and commercial properties within the Puget Sound area. He worked for The Agromer Company from 1985 to 1988; R. A. Parker and Associates Real Estate from 1989 to 1994; and have worked with Windermere Real Estate since 1994. Christian has been recognized as a "Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent" in Seattle Magazine by Five Star Professional for providing excellent service to my clients since 2005.
