Bio
Chris Reed has more than 15 years of retail real estate experience and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2024, previously serving as the company’s Chief Investment Officer from October 2021 to June 2024. He leads ShopOne’s Investment Committee while overseeing the company’s strategic direction, investment, and capital-raising activities. He has completed over $2 billion in acquisition, disposition, debt financing, and strategic joint venture transactions.
Before joining ShopOne, he spent more than 5 years at Brixmor Property Group, leading the company's acquisition and disposition strategy in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
Mr. Reed received a BBA in Finance from Temple University and an MBA from Villanova University, with concentrations in Real Estate & Finance.
