Christina Adams’ background as a small business owner, as well as a commercial real estate professional means she understands the unique needs of her National Realty Network clients and creates opportunities to help them reach their goals. Christina’s academic career includes a bachelor’s degree in English and ancient languages as well as a master’s degree in secondary education from the University of Arizona at Tucson. For 20 years Christina owned and was general manager of a jewelry store in Barrington. During this time, she was active in the local business community, serving as the Retail Chairman, Chairman of the Board, and Ambassador of the Year for the Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce. Having decided to make commercial real estate the next step in her career, Christina began as a generalist, becoming skilled in tenant representation, office leasing, industrial real estate, property management, retail leasing, and investment brokerage. Working with a major commercial real estate firm, Christina represented clients in transactions totaling more than $100 million, and was responsible for more than three million square feet of industrial, office and retail space. During this time, Christina consistently ranked among that company's top producers. Christina is active in a number of real estate-related associations, including the National Association of Realtors, the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. She also is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. In addition, Christina is a member of Kiwanis International, and Business and Professional Women. Christina's charitable work includes volunteer and board positions with Hospice of Northeastern Illinois and the Alzheimer’s Association of Chicago.
