Bio
Christina joins Arroyo & Company with twenty years of commercial real estate experience. She served as the leasing director of the Aspen-based development firm, the Sienna Company. Her projects included the successful leasing of the mixed-use historical renovation project, Sienna Square, attracting national retail tenants to the award winning project, as well as overseeing the leasing of Sienna Park, an innovative office development project.
While completing a Master’s degree at San Francisco State, Christina worked as a key accounts manager in multimedia, for such companies as American Airlines, Coca Cola, Webcor, Sam’s Walmart and Bose Corporation. Her project management skills added to her effectiveness in real estate.
Broadening her retail understanding, Christina worked in Europe for a premier fashion house, where she worked in the design and production area of the operation. Returning to the US, she recommenced her commercial real estate skills in Marin County in both sales and leasing of medical, office and apartment buildings.
Born and raised in Marin, Christina lives in Mill Valley, where she accesses the coastal hills and trails she visits often with her dog and horse.
