Christine Folz is a real estate broker in Salem, Oregon and she is the proud founder of the Folz Team Real Estate with Real Brokers. Christine specializes in residential and commercial real estate in the Willamette Valley. Having lived in the Salem-Keizer area for over 45 years she prides herself in knowing the people, neighborhoods and market. She went to local schools and has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Salem’s own Willamette University. Real Estate has been her passion long before it became her career. She and her husband Patrick have bought and sold Real Estate in the area for over 25 years. She also owned a successful home Staging company and has a deep understanding of what it takes to “market-ready“ your home for today’s current housing market. This combined with her multi-media marketing techniques and commitment to her clients have made her one of the top Real Estate Brokers in the Willamette Valley. When she is not working with buyers and sellers to find their next dream home you can find her camping and exploring Oregon with her husband and three children, one of whom is also licensed broker and part of the successful Folz Team.
