Senior executive with over 30 years of commercial property experience in the U.S., UK and Australia. Extensive exposure to institutional asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, building re-positioning and ground-up development, financing, JV partnerships, on office and industrial product types throughout the U.S. Proven track record of maximizing asset values and operational performance.
Currently responsible for a $3.0 Billion portfolio comprising 6.5 million SF of Class A office, industrial and mixed-use properties, on behalf of major separate account Pension Funds, including the companies largest clients. Responsibilities include Core/ Core+/ Value-Add and Development projects
Before locating to the U.S in 2002 with CBRE, Chris spent 10 years in Sydney, Australia, representing institutional clients, including a role as single-point of contact for a 17 million SF national portfolio of office and industrial buildings. Prior to that he held an asset management role in London, U.K. He holds the MRICS and CCIM designations.
