Bio
The philosophy of the Spotlight Real Estate Group is to do what is right, no matter the cost, and good people will refer other good people to the business. Chris prides himself on his honesty, integrity, work ethic, reliability, and compassion. The business continues to grow and prosper thanks to referrals from previous clients. Chris Black Biography: Chris was raised in Landenberg, PA and attended Kennett High School where he played varsity basketball and baseball. He graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Political Science, volunteered with the United Way, and spent a semester abroad in Liverpool, England. The five years after college were spent in Los Angeles working in film and tv production. He assisted, then managed, production crews of fourteen to eighty people. He was responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with the department leaders to ensure the production ran on time and on budget. He worked on many shows/movies: "Inception", "Desperate Housewives", "24", "CSI-Miami", "Californication", "Dexter", and Independent Feature Films. Moving back to the area was a conscious choice to prioritize family. Chris has a close knit extended family that all live in the Philadelphia area. Chris married his long-time girlfriend, Tai, in 2015 in Princeton, NJ. They went on a honeymoon "around the world" and it is an experience they will never forget. They purchased a home together and renovated it. Since then, they had a baby boy who is the most amazing person in the world. In addition to real estate, Chris has a passion for basketball and plays several times a week at the University of Delaware. He enjoys traveling, especially "adventure traveling", hiking, camping, and tends to have the best time with friends around a campfire.
