Chris is a Senior Managing Director in Savills Toledo, Ohio office, responsible for providing comprehensive brokerage and advisory services to industrial clients -- from individual transactions to corporate services and portfolio management. He guides clients through property acquisitions and dispositions, including site selection, build-to-suits, leasing/sales and sale leasebacks. In addition, he advises regarding logistics solutions, facility valuation, and capital sourcing, while delivering on Savills commitment to providing tenant-centric real estate advisory solutions.
Chris joined Savills in 2021, after serving with JLL for 20+ years while focusing on Industrial Corporate Services and Supply Chain and Logistic Solutions. Prior to that, Chris was a Principle with The Staubach Company Great Lakes Region; and the Ostendorf Morris Company for 16 years, where he led the largest industrial team in the Greater Cleveland market at the time.
