Bio
Christopher Dubberly is a First Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services | Healthcare and Life Sciences group. With more than a decade of experience specializing in medical and office transactions, Mr. Dubberly is known for developing and executing leasing and sales strategies that leverage technology and outperform the competitive set. His team serves both owners and users of healthcare real estate, connecting healthcare providers to the building best suited for their patient care needs. By understanding healthcare as a vertical industry, the team can provide better insight into highly effective real estate solutions. The team’s services cover the full continuum of healthcare property types and every stage of the asset lifecycle, from strategy to funding, brokerage, project management and development, through long-term property and facilities management. Mr. Dubberly understands the essential role that the built environment plays in delivering outstanding patient experiences. Combining this understanding with the nuances of Healthcare compliance (i.e., Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA laws, AHCA), his experienced approach has made his team’s advisory services a go-to solution for complex transactions and repositioning assets in South Florida. Mr. Dubberly began his real estate career in Washington, D.C., where he gained notable experience in development consultation, in addition to his extensive work with the federal government. He was involved in executing some of the region’s largest lease transactions involving the National Institute for Health, National Cancer Institute, and National Institute for Child Health and Human Development, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
