Chris Needham has been involved in commercial real estate for over 10 years. He started Gaspee Real Estate Partners in 2016 following 7 years with Churchill & Banks Companies as the AVP of Development. Chris has completed over $100 Million in real estate transactions in the past 5 years alone. He has been involved in over 40 development projects from site selection to disposition. With Gaspee, Chris will be responsible for strategic planning, site selection and development. Chris is a licensed real estate broker in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers as a member of the RI NextGeneration committee since 2013. Chris is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
