Until its sale to Yale University in 1998, Chris marketed for eight years one of downtown New Haven’s newest Class “A” office buildings, Whitney Grove Square. At the time of title transfer, this facility boasted an occupancy rate of 98%. Tenant’s included Murtha, Cullina, Richter and Pinney, LLP, Yale University, Corporate Health Strategies, PricewaterhouseCoopers, People’s Bank (Regional Headquarters), Federal Express, and American National Bank (Corporate Headquarters) to name a few tenants. He furthered these efforts by selling the project in June, 2002. In May of 2002, he listed and sold a 230,000 square foot industrial warehouse on 29 acres of land in North Haven.
