Chris has been involved in the Mid-Atlantic commercial real estate industry for over 25 years. During his employment as Vice President of Development at Continental Realty Corporation and in his position as Development Director with First Washington Realty Trust, Chris specialized in development and adaptive redevelopment of retail, flex and industrial properties. His success incorporates the ability to understand and balance the needs of all stakeholders in the project including the owner, tenant, adjacent landowners and regulatory agencies. Chris is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute and a University of Maryland graduate.
