Christopher Pesce has over twenty years of experience combined in commercial real estate, construction and property management in the Long Island market, giving him the knowledge and expertise in leasing, sales, tenant build-outs, and development. Chris managed a multitude of real estate properties in Nassau County and Suffolk Counties from leasing 100,000+ SF of Class A Medical Office space to leasing multiple Retail Strip Centers, selling mixed use properties, industrial properties to leasing Luxury Apartments. In the last few years Chris Pesce has handled over $50,000,000 in transactions.
Chris learned at an early age about hard work and determination. At 16 years old he worked for his family's construction business for several years starting from the ground up, first as a laborer in the summers then in their family owned hardware store in Richmond Hill, Queens, NY. Chris later worked for a large building supply chain in Brooklyn, NY as a top producing salesperson supplying building materials to building developers and contractors throughout the 5 boroughs and Long Island. Chris later went on to work for one of the largest real estate developers in Long Island as a property manager giving him a varied background in landlord tenant matters, tenant build-outs and leasing. Present day, Chris has found his calling and is really enjoying putting all these skills to use for both Landlords and Tenants in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing with Douglas Elliman.
