Mr. Richter is a Principal of GreenBarn Investment Group. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of development and construction. He has over thirty-five years of experience in the areas of civil engineering, land planning, project management and real estate development. Prior to joining GreenBarn, he was Senior Vice President of Development for Avison Young’s New Jersey Office.
Education
Received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont and has a Master’s in Civil Engineering / Construction Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
